Yes, that chia. In the 80's everyone was too coked out to realize we shouldn't be making sculptures with chia seeds, we should be eating them.
This photo is from a blog that teaches you how to make chia pudding. It is high in omega-3, fiber, nutrients, and antioxidents. It kinda tastes like tapioca, it has that consistency. I add one bag of Stevia to sweeten and eat it for breakfast, or a snack and dessert. EASY PEASY. You can buy the chia seeds at Wholefoods or you can get them online. Don't buy chia seeds from China cause they do stuff to stuff that isn't good and they don't tell us. Always read where things are made. For chia, buy from Mexico, Central America, and Austrailia.
