Do you have a dream? I did. Jersey is a cold, cold place in the winter. Below freezing wind smacking you in January as you walk to your car, knumbing you blind in february, then damp in March and april, down to your bones where you cant get warm or dry. You have about 2 good weeks in May of still, clear, blue weather before it gets humid, unbearably humid, hot, muggy, sweaty and yucky. Living where the weather was always good, that was my dream, and the Gypsy Wagon was how I was able to be there.
Southern California is expensive to rent a place to live in because it is perfect weather. All the time. Everyone is happy and smiling because of the perfect weather. Most of us have come from the dank states and it took a while to thaw out but now here we are, wearing yoga pants and smiling. It's like there was never any place other.
There is No Place Like Here
But I recently moved to the Little Cottage By the Sea because that has been my bigger dream - a few blocks from the water, on land where other women artists live too. So its time to sell my Gypsy Wagon and let someone else live their dreams too.
There are many great features about this wagon which is why I bought it. Its bigger than most travel trailers (44 Feet), has a washer and dryer and LARGE oven and refrigerator (unlike the small easy bake ovens in most), but the most amazing thing is the price. You can own a home for cheap. OWN it. Take it wherever you want. But it is already parked in the most magnificent state in the world, in a gated little park, in the back row, surrounded by greenery. The only reason I have to sell it is I am not at a place to rent one house and pay rent on the other. (You have to pay to park your Wagon somewhere - to hook it up to the sewage, etc. Comes to half what the rent is for a one bedroom apartment around here.) Lets take a Petite Tour shall we?

44' Feet of Goodness
First of all, before we even begin, you can do a little research on this Wagon. I am selling it for way cheaper than it is worth because I am only getting back what I paid for it which was just what the previous owner owed to the bank. (Plus Im throwing in stuff, I'll show you!) Here are the details:
Model: HY 44 CGW2PA
Lenth: 44 Feet
Here are some comparable trailers. Notice how much they sell for. Mine is going for half of that. For the same year!
Ooh custom made Red Wood Stairs! No little metal stairs for you! Walk into your wagon like a regular house. And notice the doors. Sliding Glass Doors! Unheard of in a travel trailer. Most have just the one regular non glass door. (like the one that is in the back with my bedroom).
I am including in the Gypsy Wagon a less than one year old Queen Size Temperpedic Bed! Barely have I and gigi and finney slept on it. There already is a bed at the cottage by the sea so I don't need two. I figured a Real Gypsy might want a bed too.
Now let's talk bathroom. First, its huge. There is a vanity to the left, with sink, room to actually walk around and a huge shower. But most of all THERE IS NO HOLDING TANK. Just like a regular house this Wagon was designed to hook straight up to sewage - so no creepy chemicals to deal with, nothing 'holding' in a tank under your house, just flush and begone to wherever it goes when you live in a regular house. YAY!
Built in desk. Perfect carpets like they were just bought. Very little wear if any. I just bought those white cloth bins hanging from black iron poles from Ikea! Yours! Built in desk. You just need to get a chair. Ok so whats with that patchwork on the lower wall?
It's Gypsy Patchwork. Ok, well this is how it looks when you put a little couch in front of it. And a cute doggie!
Oh hi Buster! Thats the Cocker Spaniel that lives next door. I let him visit. He loves to play with toys.
The Gypsy Wagon is already in a perfect spot so there is no need to move it. I am in the back row looking at nothing but trees. Very private. The park is an Rv Resort and has many amenities like a fitness room and pool:
So we say goodnight, for now, to the Gypsy Wagon. If you would like to make Southern California yOur home, this is an affordable way to do it. After you buy the wagon your rent is 850 per month. Now wait, first of all, it is really unlikely you can afford to buy your own home in California to begin with, and you will own this. You can take it anywhere. You will never be homeless. Second, have you seen rent in San Diego? If you want to live in a safe area you are talking 1500 to 1800 per month. Just for rent. And this park is super safe. Everyone there is a long term so you don't have transient people in and out. Most of your neighbors also have homes in the dessert, so they come to this park for spring and summer and fall when its too hot at the house and live there in the winter. Then come back again. Its an upper scale park so it does not tolerate parties and noise at all hours of the night. If you are unsure about the RV lifestyle this is the place to be.
So let me know if you'd like to see the place and I'll show it to you! I am selling it way cheap so contact me! email@example.com
